By accessing or using Oyster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial and paid subscribers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Each account is tied to a single organization unless otherwise agreed.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Free trials convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All specifications and data you upload remain your property. Oyster retains ownership of the platform, its AI models, and all generated analysis. You grant Oyster a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
Oyster provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
